Always polite personnel, really nice bed. The breakfast was substantial, lots of amazing food. Great value and very affordable rooms, luxury bathroom. A pristine beach, worth every penny view.

Functional place to stay while in Biarritz. The room was fine and great, very pleasant staff. Everywhere there was fairly clean. We loved central location and had a really great time. We had automated check-in on arrival.

It deserves its 3 stars. The food and staff were GOOD. Alanvie, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel.

Wonderful base for discovering Biarritz. We had bunk beds and we all slept well. Hotel's receptionist is one of the top employees! In addition, free WiFi was handy. Restaurant on site was excellent.
